Summer days and road cafes…

Love my share of Cafés and lunchonettes. Summer brings along with it the prospect of finding the best little road side dives for a good burger and all day breakfast. The season also brings along thoughts of opening up my own roadside 24 dive one day. Ah dreams… serving up the special waffles and Mormon eggs. Maybe even have some funeral potatoes as a side option with a fresh turkey sandwich…with a salad of course.
